Carrie Underwood brings the country funk with 'Undo It' -- plus Bret Michaels

For her new single, Undo It, Carrie Underwood wears a skin-tight costume and tries to bring some funk to what's basically a lightweight singalong. After her performance, Ryan points out that Carrie wrote the song with Kara DioGuardi.

Next, it's a video segment where Crystal and Lee meet Kris Allen, who hands them the keys to the Ford Fiestas that they custom-designed. "Thank you, Ford," they say. And we get one last Ford music video, set to the tune of Rascal Flatts' hit My Wish.

Back on the stage, Ryan's with Crystal and Lee. "This is fun, man," Lee tells Ryan. "I'm having a good time backstage hanging out with eveybody."

Ryan introduces Casey, who begins singing Poison's Every Rose Has Its Thorn -- could we possibly be getting a Bret Michaels appearance? Indeed we are! Geez, that guy's everywhere this week. And I distinctly remember from The Celebrity Apprentice finale earlier this week that his doctor doesn't want him doing all these performances and making all these appearances -- and I'm pretty sure this is at least his third this week. Good for him, though -- he's as shameless a self-promoter as they come, but it's good to see him up and around
