Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada has made her move and filed a lawsuit against Vanessa Davis, former Ricky Davis’ wife for allegedly stealing and publishing topless pictures, exposing her in front of the world. As a biography, not much is known about Ricky Davis’ ex-wife, Vanessa Davis. However, her maiden name is Ramirez and she married NBA basketball player Ricky Davis in the summer of 2009.
It certainly seems as if Miss Davis may have it out for Evelyn Lozada. There have been reports suggesting that because Vanessa was “not selected” to be on VH1’s Basketball Wives, she allegedly aspired to slam dunk the former fiance of Antoine Walker out of spite. So now, Evelyn insists that she has become “the victim of a nude-photo-stealing revenge plot,” all because Vanessa was not picked to be a Basketball Wife star.
So, not only did she allegedly steal these pictures, but she also defamed her on a gossip blog callling Lozada names like: drunkard, a high end prostitute, and a hoe a**”. If that wasn’t enough, she, too, accuses the Basketball Wives star of neglecting her own daughter.
The motive? Well, Evelyn believes that Davis is out to “ruin her reputation”. So she is seeking $15,000 in damages.

On the defense, Vanessa says, “I will counter-sue for defamation as her lawsuit has no merit and I am positive she has no evidence against me for said claims.”
