Peachtree Road Race 2010 Results – The winner of the Peachtree Road Race 2010 is Gebre Gebremariam of Ethiopia. He beat Kenya’s Peter Kirui by a half-step in one of the closest finishes in the race’s history, winning in a time of 27 minutes, 56 seconds.
